International Wine and Spirits Fair

Once again this year, around four thousend wineries gathered in Verona to participate in one of the most important events for the italian wine industry.

Thanks to the increasing political support, the presentation was hosted on March 20 in Bruxelles at the  headquarters of the European Parliament, with the aim of highlighting  the purpose of the event even further.

The numbers, showing a 20% increase compares to the last edition, attest to the global promotional capacity of this trade fair brand, which allows exhibiting companies to connect with wide selection of international buyers.

The key players in the selected foreign demand come from 65 countries, and an estimated 30,000 foreign operators will also be added.

The goal is to provide a strtegic target for companies investing in the fair and, to create genuine export.

The fair features dedicated pavillons for organic wine, small niche productions, liqueurs and spirits, as well as the most representative denomination of the italian winde scene.

Once again, in 2024, wine lovers will be able to participate in specific events organized in the city center: exhibitions, wine talks, and tastings led by food and wine journalists.

The format dedicated to wine tourism highlights how, in the last few years, this phenomenon has because an integral part of the strategic assests of winereis and, consequently, of the designers tasked with creating suitable hospitality, tasting, and sales spaces.
